Civic Awareness
Share The Blog:

We often say the system is broken — courts are slow, politics is dirty, elections feel meaningless.
And sometimes, that’s true.

But the system doesn’t run on laws alone.
It runs on people.

We complain about corruption but take shortcuts.
We criticize politicians but don’t vote.
And when we do vote, we often choose based on caste or religion rather than competence or values.
We demand justice but spread half-truths online.
We expect democracy to work perfectly, while participating in it only when it suits us.

Civic awareness today isn’t about knowing the Constitution.
It’s about understanding that every careless action — every biased choice, every ignored duty — adds pressure to the system we blame.

Maybe the real question isn’t,
“Why is the system failing?”
but
“What am I doing that allows it to fail?”

Because in the end, the system isn’t separate from us.
It reflects us.
